The limited-edition orange high-top sneakers, restricted to just 1,000 pairs, sold out in a mere three hours on the official Trump Sneakers website, creating a scarcity that has driven resale listings on e-commerce platforms like eBay.

Listings for the Bitcoin-themed footwear have appeared on eBay with prices ranging from $700 to $2,500. Some re-sellers have inflated their asking prices to as high as $69,999. 

However, the legitimacy of these listings remains uncertain, as most sellers promise to ship the items only after receiving them between September and November.

In addition to the orange high-tops, Trump's team is offering other variations of the sneakers, including orange low-tops and black high-tops, priced at $299 each.
